What is the best way to get sized?
The best way to be sized is by a professional at a local jewelry store. VERY IMPORTANTLY you need to be sized using wedding band gauges (wedding band gauges are about 6 mm wide). It is also important to let the jeweler know that the band is comfort fit.
Once you have the size gauge that fits you best, if possible, have the jeweler check the gauges on a standard US sizing stick for accuracy.
If you'd prefer to do this in the comfort of your own home, we do have a multi sizing gauge that we can mail you. There is no charge. What if I order the wrong size and the ring does not fit?
No problem, some resizing options may be available or we will gladly exchange the ring for the proper size. All ring returns for exchange must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition. The ring may have to be reordered and will take up to three weeks. Shipping charges will apply for exchanges. The shipping charge is $25.
How long does delivery take from the time I order the rings?
Usually up to three or four weeks depending on the rings. If your wedding is approaching quickly and you are not sure if you have enough time, expedited service is available. Please call us at 609-585-4127 to discuss expedited processing or availability.
What method of shipping do you use?
We use USPS or UPS which gives us the ability to insure and track each package we ship. International orders are shipped by registered mail or international priority or express mail.

Can you customize my ring?

When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card is charged at the time of order.
Can I mail a personal check or money order?
Yes, we accept personal checks and money orders. Please make checks payable to our parent company, Basil-Ltd.com. Please print a copy of your order and send it along with your payment to:

Do you have a layaway plan?
Yes, we have a very flexible layaway plan. We require a 20% deposit of the total purchase cost. Payments can be made anytime during an 18 month period. Your order will ship when the ring(s) is paid in full. Please call Mary at 609-585-4127, if you have any questions.
Do you have a return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days from date of receipt. All items must be returned in new, unworn, unaltered and unused condition. We will exchange, issue a refund, or credit your account minus a 20% restocking fee.

All returned items must be packed carefully in their original box or pouch. Please note you are responsible for ensuring a safe return (i.e. please send United States Postal Service Insured, Global Priority or UPS insured for the full value). Items returned without a Return Authorization Number, or are beyond the 15 day return policy period will be accepted at our discretion and incur 40% restocking fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of customized products including engraving of rings. Please call or email with questions or concerns.
How do I check my order status?
To check order status click on the "Track Your Order" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the home page. Proceed to cut and paste your Order Number in the Track Box. If you need assistance, please call 1-800-439-9121 or direct 609-585-4127 with your Order Number and last name.
